With a revision to an Emergency Order issued March 23, Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway included several new policies in response to the coronavirus pandemic. They include suspending enforcement of some curbside parking laws to allow local restaurants to provide take-out food; suspension of late fees and penalties for licenses and permits issued by the city clerk’s office; and an extension of all licenses expected to expire on June 30 to Aug. 31.

These policies take effect immediately and will remain in place until 60 days after public health officials and Gov. Tony Evers end their current emergency actions, according to a report by the Wisconsin State Journal.
