The Safe House, Milwaukee’s iconic spy-themed restaurant and bar, has been purchased by Marcus Corp.’s dining and entertainment division. While a new menu is planned, little else will change, Marcus officials say.
Dave Baldwin, the Safe House’s owner and creator, is retiring nearly 50 years after opening the restaurant.
In addition to a new menu, new craft cocktails and other beverages will be introduced. The menu will emphasize locally-sourced and fresh ingredients.
Marcus officials were mum on whether the Safe House’s secret password might change.
