Many State Street businesses won’t reopen

The Central Business Improvement District has conducted a survey of 100 of the 152 businesses on State Street and has found that 40 of those businesses are unlikely to reopen, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.

That number could rise as more businesses respond to the survey.
