According to a police update, Richard L. Brown was arrested on Tuesday in connection with an incident in which a woman was robbed while trying to leave a Madison casino. He was taken to the Dane County Jail for robbery with use of force, felony theft of movable property, and felony bail jumping.
The woman, who had won several thousand dollars at Ho-Chunk Gaming Madison, was robbed while leaving the casino on Monday, Jan. 1. Officers were dispatched to the 4000 block of Evan Acres Road around 2:15 a.m. and subsequently began a review of digital evidence.
