Wisconsin’s largest outdoor pickleball tournament will take place from July 10-12 in Sun Prairie with Country Financial as the presenting sponsor.
This annual event raises funds for regional youth sports. In its fifth iteration, the event usually draws over 400 participants from across the country.
The tournament raises funds for the Madison Area Sports Commission Youth Sports Grant, which supports efforts to expand sports opportunities for those who may have financial limitations.
“The Madtown Pickleball Open continues to grow in size and in importance,” Jamie Patrick, Madison Area Sports Commission and Destination Madison’s executive vice president of sales and sports strategy, said in a statement. “Securing the support of a prestigious presenting sponsor like Country Financial elevates the MPO tournament experience and increases the impact the tournament has on youth sports in Dane County.”
The tournament is held at Wyndham Hills Park in Sun Prairie.
