The Pleasant Rowland Foundation has pledged $100,000 to Madison’s Parks for All Trust, which aims to support park programming, capital projects, and the development of other enhancements that drive inclusivity and access, unfunded by tax dollars. Each year sees nearly 6 million visits to the 289 Madison Parks.
As the official private, nonprofit partner of the Madison Parks Division, the Madison Parks Foundation (MPF) generates private support and builds partnerships to protect and enhance Madison’s parks. MPF focuses on promoting programs and projects that advance accessibility and equity across the park system by addressing physical, cognitive, and socioeconomic obstacles.
