A 1-year-old Madison software startup, MdotLabs, which makes technology to ward off computer virus networks, has been acquired by comScore, a Virginia-based firm that analyzes digital traffic to study mobile and TV consumer behavior. All of MdotLabs’ 12 employees will join comScore, which employs 1,000 and has 2,100 clients worldwide. Terms were not disclosed.
