Iconica was selected to design and build the Lilyrose, a 119-unit senior living community in Waukesha that will span 165,000-square-feet along Meadowbrook Drive.
The community will feature independent living, assisted living, memory care and more.
Madison’s Iconica will take the lead in architecture, engineering and construction services.
Construction is underway and is scheduled to be complete in summer 2027.
