Madison-based General Communications Inc., a provider of public safety systems, has acquired Illinois-based Radicom Inc., according to a release from the company. Radicom is a provider of radio and dispatch systems.
Employees of Radicom will immediately become part of General Communications; however, Radicom will continue to operate under its own name.
