Target announced the launch of its Baby Boutique on Tuesday, with its Madison West location one of the first stores to carry about 2,000 new products.
Nearly 200 stores launched the “new shopping experience.” Wisconsin received the experience at Madison West and a Franklin store near Milwaukee.
Target will add the UPPAbaby brand for the first time, alongside others like Bugaboo, Stokke and Doona.
The Baby Boutique experience allows parents to interact with gear in person before making purchases. Target will also offer a free, appointment-based expert service to help with product purchasing.
“Guests trust Target to show up for them during life’s biggest milestones,” Amanda Nusz, senior vice president of merchandising, essentials and beauty at Target, said in a statement. “Our focus is on bringing together products busy families will love at the value they expect, paired with expert guidance and joyful, easy-to-shop spaces that make preparing for a new baby feel both special and practical.”
The products can also be found online.
