UpShift, a clothing exchange boutique at 836 E. Johnson St., has been giving away clothing to people walking in the neighborhood as a way to turn over its inventory, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.

The boutique traditionally donates past-season clothing to Goodwill or Agrace Thrift store, but the COVID-19 crisis has prevented organizations from accepting donations right now.
