Tixora, a Madison startup, is launching a new app aimed at students and millennials that will allow bus riders to search for and order bus tickets from several companies on one app instead of from each company’s website.
According to Wisbusiness.com, the new app is scheduled to launch in January with a Midwest bus company and hopes to bring more regional bus companies onto the platform.
Tixora was among the first cohort of gener8tor’s gBETA program. Its first app utilizes Madison Metro tracking technology to allow bus riders to know when the next bus is coming.
