The city of Madison’s 2026 Neighborhood Grant Program is now accepting applications for its annual grant program.
Grants are awarded to groups of five or more residents who support neighborhood initiatives that engage new and diverse communities, build community and more.
Projects must be ready to begin within one to three months of the grant award and be free and open to the public.
The program funds two types of projects: neighborhood leadership and capacity building, and community enhancement.
Leadership and capacity building can include training and more. Community enhancement can include physical improvements, decorative enhancements and more.
The Neighborhood Grant Program guidelines and application are now available on the city’s webpage. The application deadline is Feb. 10.
