Madison restaurateur closes one restaurant, opens two more

Madison restaurant owner Ting Cai Zhou has closed Mr. Seafood at 600 Williamson St. and opened eateries called Double 10 Mini Hot Pot and Delicacies of Asia, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. Double 10 Mini Hot Pot, located in the former Mr. Seafood location on Williamson Street, is an eat-in and take-out restaurant offering authentic hot pot and Chinese cuisine items including soups, noodle dishes, and dumplings. Delicacies of Asia, at 506 State St., is a counter service restaurant serving Chinese and Japanese cuisine along with Cajun seafood dishes.
