Madison ranks 6th for new grads

According to the latest study from RENTCafé that analyzed the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Madison Metropolitan area is the sixth best place to land a job as a recent grad. The study ranked the fastest-growing and best-paid entry-level positions and the metros where recent grads have the best shot at landing them. Health care positions take the top spots among the 50 hottest jobs for recent grads. Nursing is the fastest-rising occupation, outranking software development (No. 4). Madison provides a good environment for recent grads interested in management, either as education administrators or in software development.
