Madison USPS workers were among the nationwide groups of government employees and labor activists that held rallies across the U.S. Sunday in support of upcoming labor contract bargaining, according to WMTV15.
The Madison rally, which was held in front of a post office on the city’s east side, saw attendees call for higher wages, better benefits, an end to mandatory overtime and lower rates of staff turnover.
Neighboring rallies took place in Eau Claire and Janesville.
