SPi CRM, a business process outsourcing firm in Madison, has completed a 24,000 square foot expansion that will add 200 jobs by June, bringing the total number of employees to 350, according to a Marketwired report.
The Philippines-based firm opened its first U.S. call center in Madison three years ago and it has quickly become a top performer handling inbound sales for a U.S. satellite TV provider.
