U.S. District Judge William Conley has accepted a plea agreement for Devonere Johnson, 29, who was convicted of extortion of downtown businesses, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.

Johnson pleaded guilty in November to a federal extortion charge for threatening to destroy a downtown business last summer. The plea agreement outlines an exchange for a sentence of time he had already served in jail for his guilty plea.

Johnson was charged in federal court after he and two other men were accused of threatening two downtown business owners, demanding one send him money through Venmo and the other to provide Johnson and the others with free food.
