Madison man arrested with gun at fast food restaurant after disturbance

Madison police were dispatched to a fast-food restaurant on the city’s west side following a disturbance on Jan. 13, according to an MPD statement.

Officers were sent to the Wendy’s on Gammon Road around 12:30 p.m. after employees called 911 when they noticed a gun on an upset customer who was causing a disturbance.

Miguel Burgos, 30, of Madison, was arrested for disorderly conduct while armed after his vehicle was located on the eastbound Beltline. The investigation remains ongoing.
