From working in Switzerland kitchens to vineyards in Italy, chef Patrick O’Halloran has studied a lot of culinary traditions.
Thanks to his latest venture, the Deliciouser, Madison Magazine has named him 2026 Chef of the Year.
The Deliciouser is part restaurant, part spice company, with education and community gathering at the heart of it all.
“This recognition is incredibly humbling,” O’Halloran said in a statement. “The Deliciouser took six years to build, and it certainly wasn’t built alone. Every spice blend, recipe, class and meal is the result of an amazing team of people who believed in a vision and worked hard to bring it to life.”
