Madison Library’s LINKcat will be on hiatus during system upgrade

About 50 libraries in seven counties will not have LINKcat app and website services beginning at 5 p.m. on April 12 through Apil 16.  

The libraries will transition to a new catalog management software during the downtime. 

LINKcat is used for keeping account status updated, placing holds and renewing items.  

All Madison public libraries will open late at noon on April 16.

The new version of LINKcat will be unveiled on April 17 and provide new features like managing Overdrive/Libby checkouts in LINKcat.
