Salt Lake City-based Health Catalyst has acquired Madison-based Healthfinch for $40 million, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.
Healthfinch, a health information technology company, was founded in 2011 and develops software to integrate data-based insights and analytics into electronic medical record workflows. Health Catalyst expects to close the deal before Sept. 30.
