A 24/7 Wall St. survey of the largest 100 metropolitan areas in the country ranked Madison No. 5 for high-tech jobs. The survey looks at jobs in the STEM fields — science, technology, engineering, and math — and 24% of Madison jobs are in those fields. San Jose, Calif. took the top position.
