Madison’s Eminent Development Corp. broke ground Thursday on a housing facility for those transitioning out of the foster care system or experiencing homelessness, Channel3000 reports.

The Park Lofts, at 1150 S. Park St. on the city’s south side, will have 100% affordable units, community spaces and onsite services including job training and counseling. The developer also plans to partner with local organizations to support residents.
