Madison Contemporary Dance, a nonprofit organization providing accessible artistic experiences, will host its fourth Dance Festival for a Cause on Feb. 7-8.

The event highlights the transformative power of dance while supporting underserved children in the pursuit of dance education.

The event will take place at Mitby Theater at Madison College at 1701 Wright St.

Admission is free for audiences to enjoy student and professional dance performances. Master classes cost $25 per dancer per class and feature instruction from members of the Milwaukee Ballet, Visceral Dance Chicago and more.

A networking event at the two-day festival offers the opportunity for groups and dancers to have a free booth.
