Madison companies ranked nationally for career growth

Nordic Consulting Partners was ranked 43rd among large companies nationwide and Fetch Rewards was ranked 21st among small and mid-size companies nationwide for career growth opportunities, according to Comparably.com. The organization’s annual Best Companies for Career Growth is derived from 10 million anonymous ratings from employees from over 60,000 companies for their professional development opportunities over the 12 months ending June 23, 2021. Employees were asked questions about feedback, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities at their place of work. The Top 50 ranked list is segmented by large companies (more than 500 employees) and small and mid-size companies (fewer than 500 employees).
