Madison College’s Dental Assistant and Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary Program will host an open house at its new Truax campus dental clinic on Sept. 19, from 1-4 p.m.
The 3,500-square-foot facility aims to meet labor market needs and contribute to the development of the workforce and economic growth in the dental industry.
The dental lab features 15 computer-equipped dental chairs, a sterilization center and enhanced learning spaces and technology.
The project was funded in part by a $1.43 million Expanded Oral Health Program grant and a $143,000 contribution from Delta Dental.
