Madison College had implemented new safety protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will be offering approximately 70% of its classes online this fall, according to a release.
President Jack Daniels noted that as part of the “safety first” plan, some classes will be held in a hybrid delivery form, which is a combination of online and in-person, when necessary. In-person only instruction will be “extremely limited,” according to the statement.
All in-person sessions are set to be completed by Thanksgiving with the remainder of the semester to be completed online. Additionally, the college will again be loaning laptop computers and Wi-Fi hotspots at no cost during the fall semester for students who have limited online access.
