The Madison Capitols, a United States Hockey League team, will resume play next season after a break in play due to COVID-19 restrictions, according to a release from the organization. The players did not play during the 2020–21 season but those with junior hockey eligibility will return. The team will also add players to their protected list through the Phase I and Phase II USHL draft later this month, as well as their main tryout camp in June. Bob Suter’s Capitol Ice Arena in Middleton will be adapted for contactless ordering at the concession stands and mobile ticketing.
