Frank Productions Concerts Live (FPC Live) announced plans for a new indoor venue complex in Milwaukee with construction possibly beginning in early 2022, according to a story from Patch.com. The two-venue project will have scalable capacities of up to 800 and 4,000 and will be located on an existing surface lot adjacent to Henry Maier Festival Park. The venues will feature performances year round. The operator of Summerfest, Milwaukee World Festivals Inc., owns the site and will lease the lot to Marquee Ventures LLC, a Madison-based company. Marquee Ventures will develop the project and lease its spaces to FPC Live.
