In a report by WalletHub measuring cities whose unemployment rates are bouncing back most, Madison was listed at No. 17. The report used new data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and ranked Lincoln, Nebraska as the most recovered city in the nation, followed by Omaha, Nebraska, and Hunstville, Alabama.
