Madison Aerial Alliance announced in a recent press release “Rage Becomes Us,” a multidisciplinary evening of performances focused on life in a patriarchal society. It will take place at Madison Circus Space on March 15 at 7 p.m. and March 16 at 4:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
With diverse acts including aerial arts, spoken word, dance, German wheel, and stand-up comedy, the show will feature works on motherhood, abortion rights, the gender binary, eating disorders, rape culture, and sexual assault. The performances are recommended for ages 13 and older (or 11–12 with parental consent).
Proceeds from the event will benefit nonprofit Women’s Medical Fund of Wisconsin. All tickets are general admission and are available here.
