Dave Zero, the owner of east side Madison’s MadCity Music, announced the sale of his record store this July to Bobby Hussy, one of his current employees, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. Zero bought the store in 2007 after working there for around 10 years, and Hussy has worked at the 2023 Atwood Ave. shop for 13 years.
MadCity Music was previously located on Williamson Street before moving to Atwood Avenue in 2017.
