M3 Insurance acquired Florida and Minnesota-based Rudnik Surety Inc., a 35-year-old company that provides surety bonds and services to contractors nationwide. Terms were undisclosed, and the deal was retroactive to Feb. 1.
David Rudnik, formerly the president of Rudnik Surety, will become M3s national surety director, joining Travis Schreiber, M3s director of surety practice since 2013, according to an M3 blog post.
