M3 Insurance announced the acquisition of Miller Services Inc. (dba 2HB Human Resources Solutions Group), a five-year-old Rockford, Illinois-based company providing customized human resource and employee benefits services. Laurie S. Miller, president of Miller Services Inc., began serving as M3’s director of employee benefits for the Rockford market in September.
