Louisiana chicken restaurant to open in Madison

Raising Cane’s, a chicken restaurant from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, will open its first Wisconsin restaurant at 579 State St. and host a grand opening on Tuesday, June 8, according to a statement from the company. Raising Cane’s Madison will feature a patio, limited-capacity dine-in opportunities, takeout, and online ordering from its mobile app. The menu features chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, brewed sweet tea, and lemonade. The company is currently hiring for the Madison location.
