Lost Boys Interactive LLC, with a principal place of business located at 6417 Normandy Lane, Suite 201, in Madison, will be laying off approximately 139 total employees. This mass layoff is expected to be permanent.
All affected employees have been notified in writing of their separation dates and that their separation from employment is anticipated to be permanent. Employee separations were expected to begin Sept. 9. Employees will be paid regular wages equivalent to two months. None of the affected employees are represented by a union or subject to a collective bargaining agreement. There will not be any bumping rights for affected employees.
