Madison’s historic Hotel Loraine, which includes 84 luxury residential condominiums and five businesses just off the Capitol Square, will get a major exterior facelift as it approaches its centennial in 2024.
Facility Engineering Inc., of Madison, a consulting architectural firm, will oversee Minnesota-based Building Restoration Corp., the lead contractor, on the project.
