Mitch Eveland, a longtime Madison grocer and operator of downtown’s Capital Centre Market, will open a full-service supermarket in Lake Mills, creating between 80 and 100 jobs. The 48,000-sq.-ft. store will be the anchor at a larger retail development called City View Market, Inc. The store should open this fall.
