After obtaining USDA approval to sell its sausages anywhere in the country, Underground Meats, a Madison meat processor, will triple in size when it moves its processing facility into space formerly occupied by RP’s Pasta at 1133 W. Wilson St.
The move, scheduled for July 1, will provide the processor an extra 7,000 square feet of space.
