Stellie’s Ice Cream, previously known as Dairy Godmother, this June will expand its ice cream cart to a brick-and-mortar location, Madison Magazine reports. The business, a vendor at area fairs and markets including the Dane County Farmers’ Market, will occupy a storefront at 1815 E. Washington Ave.

There will be an expanded menu offering eight flavors at a time, including five core flavors available all year and three seasonally-rotating flavors. Customers will be able to view the ice cream-making process through a glass wall dividing the kitchens and patrons’ space in the new location. Stellie’s will also provide classes on making, flavoring and pairing ice cream.

Located next to Lone Girl Brewing Co. and near Mint Mark, the shop will be open from noon-10 p.m. Stellie’s will continue to sell its products at the Dane County Farmers’ Market and Madison Night Markets.
