After announcing pay cuts and furloughs this week, UW Health, UnityPoint Health – Meriter, and SSM Health said they are making changes to be able to safely resume elective procedures and surgeries, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.
Social distancing requirements, self-monitoring, and PPE conservation remain in place as hospitals care for patients during the COVID-19 crisis.
