The Kitchen restaurant at Paoli’s Seven Acre Dairy Co. will soon be replaced by the Little Cloud Restaurant, Madison Magazine reports. The new spot will highlight head chef Ben Serum’s French-cooking background as well as cheeses and other dairy products from sister operation Landmark Creamery.

Serum has cooked in Madison, Scandinavia and the Bay area, and has worked in James Beard Award-winning chef Corey Lee’s French restaurant, Monsieur Benjamin, in San Francisco.

Among a number of artisan dairy products Landmark is set to produce for the new restaurant are quark, mascarpone, cottage cheeses, cultured cream, sour cream and flavored butters.

The restaurant will undergo significant changes ahead of an anticipated soft launch on April 23.
