Lindsay Gallagher & Associates announced that it is now Elevate Estates Realty Co., after merging with Home Brokerage & Realty and Eldon Homes.
According to the statement, the merger makes Elevate Estates one of South Central Wisconsin’s largest, full-service real estate brokerages serving buyers and sellers across resale homes, new construction, land and commercial real estate throughout the region.
Eldon Homes has earned the Madison People’s Choice Award for Best Residential Builder for three consecutive years.
“This merger is not about expansion for expansion’s sake,” Lindsay Gallagher, executive Broker said in a statement. “It’s about elevating the entire real estate experience, giving clients and homeowners one trusted team that can guide them in new construction and resale, from first home to forever home, without compromise.”
Elevate Estates Realty Co. is an Eldon Homes Division based in Stoughton.
