The leadership team behind Wisconsin boutique training and development firm LIFT Consulting, led by founder and CEO Matthew Pletzer, has acquired Earthling Interactive, a Madison-based custom software development firm with a 25-year history of creating web and mobile solutions for businesses across multiple industries. As part of the agreement, Earthling Interactive CEO John Samuelson will continue in his current role and maintain an ownership position in the company he has helped lead for over two decades.
The strategic acquisition brings together LIFT Consulting’s expertise in training, consulting and strategic planning and Earthling Interactive’s technical capabilities in digital transformation. The two companies will maintain their distinct brands and operations while collaborating to deliver comprehensive business solutions that address both organizational development and technological innovation needs.
The acquisition is expected to fuel growth for both companies, with plans to expand service offerings and potentially create new jobs in the Madison area over the next 12-18 months.
