Negotiations are progressing between the city and Ruedebusch Development & Construction for a new, 20,000-square-foot Pinney Library branch.
If all goes well, the library could be open in fall of 2018, according to the Capital Times, as part of a mixed-use building that will go up at 516 Cottage Grove Road and include 86 apartment units and 16,600 square feet of commercial space.
