In its first days as a brick-and-mortar shop, Level 5 Donuts has sold out of its vegan donuts within a few hours, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. Owners Aaron Mooney and Caitlin Rockey said they sold 1,200 donuts on both Saturday and Sunday.
Level 5 Donuts serves 14 donut types and, on Sundays, cinnamon rolls as well. It also offers rotating gluten-free options. The business shares a space at 2086 Atwood Ave. with Fortune Favors, a local company that makes gourmet candied pecans.
The company said it will soon offer hot drip coffee and Rusty Dog canned nitro cold brew and oat milk lattes.
