A lawsuit challenging local stay-at-home orders in Dane County and other communities has been dismissed in federal court, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.
The orders were enacted to curb the spread of the coronavirus but the suit alleged the measures in the order violated the constitutional rights of Wisconsin citizens. The lawsuit was dismissed because it improperly joined all of the defendants into one lawsuit.
