Foley & Lardner LLP combined with Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP on April 1.
The combined firm will have about 1,100 lawyers across 24 offices in the U.S., Mexico, Asia, and Europe, and have joint revenues of $830 million.
The agreement extends Foley’s geographical presence into Texas, Denver, and Mexico City.
