The Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors on Thursday initiated a request for proposal (RFP) process to select an executive search firm to identify the next leader of the organization. This initiative comes as CEO Jorge Antezana prepares for his retirement, which will take effect on April 5.
Antezana has worked with the chamber for nearly a decade. He was hired as the director of business development in 2017 and continued to rise in leadership during his tenure with the chamber.
To support its effort in finding new leadership, the chamber is seeking an executive search partner to facilitate a collaborative search process for identifying, vetting, and placing candidates for its next leader.
Firms interested in being considered may indicate their intent to submit a proposal via the provided interest form by March 19. Once an executive search firm is selected, the board will guide the search process, which will involve a series of town hall sessions to gather community input.
